CHP Units: Containerized for Plug-and-Play

Mobile, flexible, immediately operative. Operation building not required.

With regard to flexibility and mobility, containerized CHP units are unbeatable. They are delivered fully mounted and ready for connection. The customer provides a suitable foundation on site. Generation of electricity may start as soon as the gas and power supplies are connected to the container. For waste heat recovery, the hot water pipes will also be connected. Containerized CHP units excel by virtue of their mobility and modular design. They may easily be adapted to new conditions. The booster units for power generation are also fitted in containers.

A reliable gas prognosis is indispensable for the suitable dimensioning of a cogeneration plant fuelled on landfill gas. For this purpose, a mobile pilot plant is installed on site for a period of several months. It consists of a CHP unit, a mobile flare stack and a complete set of measuring instruments The data gained from this test operation is a safe basis for the dimensioning of the future plant.

Many clients decide to have their cogeneration facility operated by HAASE staff. We offer this service on the basis of a contracting scheme. The facility will be connected to the HAASE Telecontrol System, a system that allows plant monitoring and control by long-distance data transmission. This saves costs and relieves local staff from the responsibility for the plant.
