HAASE EnergyCentre: Compact Biogas CHP in high-end quality

Fully equipped with booster, emergency flare, and control unit.

The HAASE EnergyCentre offers the entire range of energy technology for power generation from biogas, including all peripheral facilities and safety features, in a single soundproof container ? a professional component, which can be embedded into various surroundings and configured to suit every situation. For customers in several countries, we offer special maintenance agreements in co-operation with local partners.
  • Gas engine (made in Germany) and power generator
  • Exhaust gas treatment (< 40 mg/Nm³ of formaldehyde in the exhaust gas)
  • Continuous biogas analysis
  • Gas booster and pressure control
  • Gas cooling and gas conditioning
  • Condensate separator
  • Heat extraction (-> heating water, steam, thermal oil)
  • Original HAASE emergency flare
  • Original HAASE control system and process visualisation
  • based on industrial PLC

Install, connect, produce and feed energy
Supplying engines with an electrical performance from 170 kW to 2 MW, the EnergyCentre is suitable for all applications - ready for connection, as inspection and a test run have already taken place in our factory. Other configurations are possible, in accordance with the requirements. In the case of very large plants of over 2 MW, CHP and gas booster can be installed in different containers. The emergency flare is then installed separately. Several CHP containers can be connected in parallel or the CHP can be fitted into a building.
Micronets with satellite CHP
By implementing biogas micronets with HAASE satellite CHP, the full extent of the bonus promotion according to German EEG can be exploited.
