A containerized energy centre for biogas utilization, fully equipped with booster, emergency flare, and control unit.

HAASE specially developed this compact container unit for energy generation from biogas. The facility is availabe with capacities from 500 to 1,250 kW electric. On delivery, the containers are ready for connection and immediate operation on site. One unit contains all the equipment required for biogas utilization:

  • Gas engine and generator
  • Booster unit
  • Gas drier
  • Continuous biogas analysis
  • Emergency flare stack
  • Control unit
  • Pressure regulation

On site, the customer provides a foundation, the power supply, and the connection to the biogas pipeline.

This energy centre for biogas utilization is proven standard technolgy made by HAASE. Installation and commisioning on site are quickly done. This system has already become a preferred and straightforward solution.

For larger quantities of biogas the components are installed separately:
Cogeneration facility, booster unit, and flare stack.
Compact facility for biogas utilization: Two CHP containers (2 x 1.26 MWE, with waste heat recovery), one container with booster unit, flare stack.
HAASE has a variety of options for customers interested in biogas utilization. We offer plants for purchase or to rent and conclude agreements for energy contracting, BOO schemes or schemes with invoicing based on performance. HAASE Service & Support may be included in all schemes.
